In the App: Cardio for Fat Loss

For the month of June, workouts will be focused on working the various metabolic pathways to build cardio endurance, burn fat, and build muscle. Workouts will be available:

  • Via the app 5 days a week.
  • In classes at my barn 3-4 days a week.
  • Live via FB LIVE 3 nights a week.-----------You can choose your level of participation and accountability. Costs depend on level of participation.

All cardio options will include versions of training for at-home, at the gym, and outside. Workouts will be posted 5 days a week as suggestions, most workouts will take 45 minutes to complete. To start with the app, you will need 2-3 sets of dumbbells, a foam roller, a band with handles, and a loop band.To sign up: www.shestrength.trainerize.com
