• Sign up and pay for your drop-in pass here. Schedule is posted weekly on website/app.
• You will then be prompted to schedule your class.
• Arrive a few minutes before and check-in digitally at our front desk.
• Introduce yourself to the coach and jump into a class!
Must have completed the Intro Required Learn to Lift Course or schedule an initial consultation with a coach and pass the movement tests. Drop-In participants are required to be active heStrength/sheStrength app members and must complete workouts designated in the app, each week when using the gym.
