Description: This will be a 3-week class that covers the main workouts found in the Catcher e-book. You will learn the correct technique for lifts and exercises that will directly help you behind the plate. You will also learn which muscles to focus on to best improve your catching skills, as well as specific stretches and warm-ups that you can use before games. This class is great for all catchers and will answer any questions that may pop up as you read the e-book.
