6-Week Men’s classes start at the gym 12/28! 5:30 pm.

Each week will be a full workout (warm up, strength and cardio)--focused on reinforcing proper for, improving range of motion, increasing strength and conditioning. We will cover a specific lift and movement each class--core, bench, squat, overhead press, and deadlift.
