Several of our community friends and gym members made a run at the 1000 lb club as part of @roguefitness challenge. The total between bench, squat and deadlift has to equal 500, 750, 1000 or 1500 lbs total—you pick the category you are shooting for before your attempts. You get 1 hour to reach that goal on all 3 lifts. 💪——🏋️♀️ All of our participants hit their respective goals. 👏 A few of us coaches will be making the attempt in the next few weeks.
