Julie Fahrbach provided a workshop for the community at our gym coaching the processes of somatic stress relief. Participants learned how the impact of the flight, fight and rest mode affects our body--and how we can control it using vagal nerve and breathing techniques.
She also provided a Somatic Stress Relief workout for the Hutchinson Community College athletes before the week of finals to help them learn how to control and regulate their stress patterns.
