Get professional photos taken by KayXBee Photo's while working through an athlete training session with professional trainer, Zach Knolla. You can use these photos for your social media, your recruitment pics, etc. Receive a Dari Motion Athleticism joint health test with Anna Woods of sheStrength, to determine your athleticism scores stacked up against other D1 levels playing the same sports and the same positions--THEN receive a detailed analysis of your athleticism test and an at-home/gym plan to follow to address the areas you are lacking in to get you to the next level as an athlete. Lastly, receive chiropractic treatment & care by a licensed doctor of chiropractic care, Dr. Sadie Landwehr, DC.
Sessions are by appointment only Sunday, November 10th starting at 8 am at Impulse Fitness located in Park City, KS .
