Get Up and Give Back!

We want to help local small businesses and help out those looking to keep fitness in their life during all of the closures we are dealing with. And yes, we are all one of those small businesses who are hit hard by everything that is going on, BUT WE AREN’T LETTING THAT STOP US FROM GIVING BACK. Because we are all in this together!! And we want to give back!
So here is what we are doing. We are all going FULLY ONLINE with ALL of our wonderful clients and will be making sure everyone has resources to continue working toward their health/fitness goals, accountability, community, AND OF COURSE A LITTLE FRIENDLY COMPETITION.
For the next 30-days, we are opening up this online EVENT TO EVERYONE in this community who wants to participate. This 30-day program will be 100% by donation only, meaning you can join for a minimum donation of $25. This will get you 5-days a week of workouts, for the next 30-days. All recorded and shared by very qualified and motivating trainers from local area gyms: BeStrong Fitness, Title Boxing West, sheSTRENGTH and Compelled Fitness.

Here’s THE BEST PART. 100% of these donations will go back to gift cards to local businesses run by our clients/customers. All participants of this challenge will have the opportunity to win these gift cards through multiple categories of competition. See list below.

    I understand I have enrolled in a program of strenuous physical activity including but not limited to aerobic dance, weight training, stationary bicycling, and the use of various strength equipment. I hereby affirm that I am in good physical condition and do not suffer from any disability that would prevent or limit my participation in this exercise program.

    In consideration of my participation in Anna Woods Fitness LLC exercise program, I, for myself, my heirs and assigns, hereby release Anna Woods Fitness LLC (its employees and owners) from any claims, demands, and causes of action arising from my participation in the exercise program. I fully understand that I may injure myself as a result of my participation in this exercise program, and I hereby release Anna Woods LLC from any liability now or in the future, including, but not limited to heart attacks, muscle strains, pulls or tears, broken bones, shin splints, heat prostration, knee/lower back/ foot injuries and other illness, soreness, or injury, however caused, occurring during or after my participation in this exercise program.

    Anna Woods Fitness LLC has recommended that I consult a physician before I engage in any physical exercise program. I acknowledge that I have done so or that I have chosen not to consult a physician but will begin the exercise program on my own accord.
