Starting January 3… Open Gym-Come workout at your own pace following sheSTRENGTH programming Monday/Tuesday/Thursday mornings–7:30 am-9 am Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday evenings–5-6 pm Thursday evenings–5-7 pm ——– X-Fit/HIIT Group Class–> Basic learn to lift skills followed by high intensity cardio circuit for fat-burning modes Monday/Wednesdays 6-7 pm Dance Aerobics–> Come dance with us
