Sport-Specific Training: Girl’s Ages 9-19
Train with Anna Woods, a coach who focuses on movement prep, strength training and injury prevention for athletes in Central Kansas.
Every month you will get:
- 1-2 Small group training session/Week for 45-min (in-person with Anna)
- 1-2 Other workouts/mobility/core exercises to do on your own at home through video’s in the shestrength app
- Weekly check-in’s with me through messages in the app
- Calendar to keep track of workouts and progress
- Personal development/mindset course to journal
- Warm-Up’s and mobility stretches to do before/after games to avoid injury
- 2 Locations–> Maize, Buhler, KS
- Maize is Tues/Wed/Friday afternoons
- Buhler is Thurs evenings
- Class size is limited. New sessions start every month.
- $125 subscription/month for 2 sessions a week (no contract, start and stop when you want too)
- $85 subscription/month for 1 session a week
- $29.99 Subscription/month for App Online Option Only–2-4 workouts a week with video
