This eBook is designed to provide a program for the coach or PE teacher to follow in a week-to-week template, weeks 1-8 to develop a new lifter in the weight room. The goal is to develop strength, athleticism, and improve performance by slowly building fundamental strength.

effectively work with developing youth athletes in the weight room:

● Warm-Up’s, Games, Ways to create intent to apply each day
● Mental health/Mindset snippets to listen to each week to help develop all areas
of the athlete

Anna has been working in this industry since 2003. She coaches clients through her personal business in her barn gym office in rural Kansas, her app, and through Disability Supports of the GreatPlains, LLC. To meet the needs of the youth athletes she has worked with over the years, she developed her own fitness tools and created programming for coaches to use in their weight room classes. Her work has been featured in articles in CrossFit Journal and Breaking Muscle, and Personal Fitness Professional, etc. Anna is also a mom of three children.
