Learn to Lift



When: 6:15 pm Tuesday evenings for 4-week each month

New classes start the first Tuesday of every month

For the next 4-Weeks, we will be focusing on learning how to lift weights such as barbells, dumbbells, bands, plates, TRX, stability ball, and medicine balls. Become familiar and confident with how to use the equipment, what modifications to use, and what reps/sets to follow to get results.


This course is an intro course to attending any other group classes at the sheSTRENGTH barn.
