Anna Woods, owner of sheSTRENGTH training, 2022 IDEA World Personal Trainer of the Year Nominee, ACE-CPT, BMES, Hutchinson Community College Softball women’s Strength & Conditioning Coach, Buhler High School 7-12 Grade Women’s Strength Coach will guide you through the process to create group template workout plans for the new lifter’s in your MS/HS program. Anna has been working in this industry since 2003. She coaches clients through her personal business in her barn gym office in rural Kansas, her app, and through Disability Supports of the GreatPlains, LLC. To meet the needs of the youth athletes she has worked with over the years, she developed her own fitness tools and created programming for coaches to use in their weight room classes, she currently travels around to local school districts with Dr. Jared Shoemaker and presents CEU Credits to staff/coaches on weight room safety and athletic development. 

Her work has been featured in articles in CrossFit Journal and Breaking Muscle, and Personal Fitness Professional, etc. Anna is also a mom of three children.

In consideration of my participation in Anna Woods Fitness LLC exercise program, I, for myself, my heirs and assigns, hereby release Anna Woods Fitness LLC (its employees and owners) from any claims, demands, and causes of action arising from my participation in the exercise program. I fully understand that I may injure myself as a result of my participation in this exercise program, and I hereby release Anna Woods LLC from any liability now or in the future, including, but not limited to heart attacks, muscle strains, pulls or tears, broken bones, shin splints, heat prostration, knee/lower back/ foot injuries and other illness, soreness, or injury, however caused, occurring during or after my participation in this exercise program.

Anna Woods Fitness LLC has recommended that I consult a physician before I engage in any physical exercise program. I acknowledge that I have done so or that I have chosen not to consult a physician but will begin the exercise program on my own accord.
