    I understand I have enrolled in a program of strenuous physical activity including but not limited to aerobic dance, weight training, stationary bicycling, and the use of various strength equipment. I hereby affirm that I am in good physical condition and do not suffer from any disability that would prevent or limit my participation in this exercise program.

    In consideration of my participation in Anna Woods Fitness LLC exercise program, I, for myself, my heirs and assigns, hereby release Anna Woods Fitness LLC (its employees and owners) from any claims, demands, and causes of action arising from my participation in the exercise program. I fully understand that I may injure myself as a result of my participation in this exercise program, and I hereby release Anna Woods LLC from any liability now or in the future, including, but not limited to heart attacks, muscle strains, pulls or tears, broken bones, shin splints, heat prostration, knee/lower back/ foot injuries and other illness, soreness, or injury, however caused, occurring during or after my participation in this exercise program.

    Anna Woods Fitness LLC has recommended that I consult a physician before I engage in any physical exercise program. I acknowledge that I have done so or that I have chosen not to consult a physician but will begin the exercise program on my own accord.

Just wanted to take a minute to share a little bit about myself and what I am about. I am currently a freshman at Hutchinson Community College taking general education classes and then am planning on transferring up to K-state where I will pursue a Bachelors of Dietetics Degree. I decided to accept the intern position for @shestrength because I have a strong passion to help people change their lives in a very simple /realistic way. A lot of people believe that excessive exercise, fad diets or even taking supplements is the solution to losing weight but I am here to tell you these only provide short term results. The core of becoming healthy and fit is to make little lifestyle changes to your daily life that can be sustained for the long term. Another trainer says it this way, “When it is fun and easy you will want to repeat it. When you want to repeat it, then it becomes habit. And when it becomes habit then it is part of your lifestyle. Starting this week I will be providing some practical tips that you can implement into your lives daily that will “Boost Your Metabolism”.

Hey everyone, my name is Kennedy Miller and I have been passionate about fitness for over 6 years. For the last two years, I have been focusing on Crossfit with Anna Woods. I am a Senior at Hutchinson High School and have always loved working out, but I wanted more. I was looking for something challenging and found the sport of Crossfit. Through working out and competing with Anna, I have gained so much knowledge. I am so grateful for this internship that @SheStrength has given me. Once I graduate from Hutchinson High School, I plan on attending Hutchinson Community College and then continue to Wichita State University to get my Physical Therapy degree. #shestrengthintern
