Do your kids’ want to attend summer weightlifting classes at the school? But you want to make sure they are doing the movements the right way, without getting hurt? AND specific to getting better at his or her sport?
Well, we want to help ensure your kids’ learn to lift safely and learn how to lift effectively for their sport.
We are hosting this 2-week Kid’s Basics of Weightlifting Bootcamp in late May.
4 evenings, 2 hours each, 2 weeks in a row.
2 Locations: Maize, KS and Buhler, KS (there will be 2 different sessions at each location)
These will be very limited class sizes. First come, first serve.
