This episode Anna works out with you doing a bicep and back workout, so grab your dumbbells and/or barbell while we chat! Topics of discussion today include how this whole garage gym idea came about, 13 years ago…when Anna discovered she was pregnant before she graduated from college. Workout today: 3 sets of 10 reps each of bicep curls, immediately followed by 10 reps of bent over row (2-arms at a time for both). Keep shoulders down and back, neck relaxed.
