In 4-sessions your child will learn how to complete the main lifts for sport or school: squat, cleans, and bench press. In addition, we will train them how to do the movements safely, how to modify for their sport or ability, and how to safely bail under a weight that is too heavy.

Boys or Girls Ages 9-14 years old, welcome to attend.
Classes will run Mon or Thurs evenings at 5:15 pm.
